During ongoing UP T20 League, Noida Super Kings bowler Shiva Singh scripted a mesmerizing bowling spell to guide his team to overcome the challenge of table-toppers Meerut Mavericks. In a high-pressure atmosphere on the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur, the impressive spinner completely demolished the rival batting line-up to seal a 5-wicket big win for his franchise.
In what was a great match in Match 27, the victory also meant that the Noida based team had qualified for the knockout stages, while in doing so, also handed their first loss this season to the previously undefeated Mavericks in what must surely set the league standings on fire just before the semi-finals
The much-hyped clash was plagued by frustrating weather delays and ultimately had to be cut short to a thrilling five-overs-a-side shoot-out.
