Barbados Tridents (BT) wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock became the fifth player in history to score 10 T20 hundreds after reaching the milestone in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2026 clash against the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots. The veteran player scored 106 runs off 57 deliveries in the contest at Warner Park to help his side post a massive 217-4 in the first innings. Coming to bat in the second over after Brandon King’s dismissal, Quinton de Kock took on the new-ball pacers in the powerplay.

The Proteas star got a second life after Alick Athanaze dropped a catch in the fourth over. He was dropped again in the 11th over, right before reaching the first fifty of his season. Quinton de Kock scored three boundaries in the 16th over bowled by Naseem Shah, and continued to deal in boundaries to reach his century just a couple of deliveries later. He got to the landmark in style after smashing opposition captain Jason Holder for a stunning six over mid-wicket.

The southpaw waited for the short-pitched slower delivery to reach him, which he then pulled with ferocity to record his second CPL hundred. Although the bowling side fought back with a few wickets, cameos from Andre Fletcher and Wanindu Hasaranga helped SKNP chase down the score with five balls to spare.

After this result, BT are at the bottom of the CPL 2026 points table with only two wins from their first five matches.
