The 15-year old, who made his international debut for India in a T20I against England in July, has stunned the cricket world with an extraordinary start to his career in the IPL, having already scored two centuries and averaged 48.5 from 16 matches for Rajasthan Royals in the 2026 season.
The teenage sensation is now beginning to turn his attention to first-class cricket, with a rapid-fire 44 from the top of the order laying the platform for East Zone to dominate the first day of their Duleep Trophy clash with South Zone.
