The Indian apex cricket governing entity, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has reinforced its commercial portfolio for home international cricket by announcing Campa Cola, SBI Life, and ChatGPT as associate partners for India’s bilateral matches, as per reports.
The reported deal comprises 35 home bilateral matches and will last until March 2028, providing the three brands exposure across India’s international cricket schedule during that time.
According to commercial terms, SBI Life and ChatGPT will each pay INR 1.2 crore every match, while Campa Cola has secured its associate agreement at a fee of INR 1.31 crore per match. The worth of each of the three partnerships is INR 3.71 crore. Furthermore, over the course of the arrangement, the total commercial value of the three accords, if applied to all 35 matches, would be around INR 129.85 crore.

The recent acquisitions highlight the BCCI’s capacity
The recent acquisitions highlight the BCCI’s capacity to make money off of India’s domestic and international cricket schedule, which continues to provide companies with a valuable platform to reach a sizable and interested audience through television, digital, and in-person touchpoints.
The partnership offers Campa Cola a chance to increase its exposure through one of the most lucrative sports assets in India. While ChatGPT’s relationship represents an entrée into the BCCI’s commercial ecosystem, SBI Life expands its brand portfolio by adding another significant sports association.
The arrangement, which is valid through March 2028, will provide the three companies visibility during a consistent schedule of India’s home bilateral matches, supporting the rising demand for high-end cricket merchandise outside of major events like the IPL.
